What are metatags?

Metatags allow you to personalize your NPS survey to each survey recipient (currently only when using API on the zenloop email channel). Using metatags, you can pass through the following parameters on a per survey recipient basis:

• Survey question
• Question subject
• Request for comment
• Thank you note
• Thank you link and URL

Request for comment

You can specify which request for comment you want to show to your promoters, passives and detractors separately. In this case, select "Customise based on score".
